Penn is a relatively well rounded offensive team. Unfortunately for the Dragons, the Quakers are led by two 6'3" players in sophomore Michelle Nwokedi, who averages 15.3 points and 9.6 rebounds per game, and Sydney Stipanovich who averages 11.7 points an 8.7 rebounds. Drexel has struggled to guard taller and more physical post players this year and hasn't had to deal with too many situations were the two best players on the team are forwards.
This is a game in which Drexel will need to rely on the interior play of Jackie Schluth, Sarah Curran, and Kelsi Lidge. You'd have to imagine that freshman Tereza Kracikova will get plenty of action as she matches up the best physically with both of Penn's talented scorers. Needless to say, the Dragons must begin to shoot better if they hope to reverse their early season fortunes. This is a talented team that still has the makings of one that will have a successful season in the long run, but that's almost entirely dependent on raising the team's collective shooting percentage by ten or fifteen points.
